Shedunnit Productions Giveaway Terms and Conditions1 This is a prize draw run by Shedunnit Productions Ltd for five winners to each win one author-signed copy of Chipped Pearls: Elvira Slate Investigations Book 2 by Helen Jacey. 2 To enter, follow Shedunnit Productions Instagram account. 3 Like the post on the Shedunnit Productions Instagram account that announces the giveaway. 4 Share the announcement post’s image to your Instagram stories using the mention feature to mention Shedunnit Productions. 5 When sharing on your story, use the hashtag #ChippedPearlsgiveaway. 6 The five winners will be selected by a random number generator. 7 There is no purchase necessary to enter. 8 The prize draw opens at 14.00 BST on 28th November 2021 and closes on 11.59 5th December 2021. Any entries received outside these specified times and dates will not be eligible for entry into the draw. 9 The five winners’ Instagram names will be published on Shedunnit Productions’ Instagram. 10 The prize draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over. 11 Only one entry per person allowed. 12 Entries will not be accepted via agents, third parties or in bulk. 13 The company is not responsible for contacting or forwarding prizes to entrants who provide unclear or incomplete information or for entries lost, misdirected, delayed or destroyed. 14 The Company reserves the right to cancel the prize draw without notice. No cash alternative to prizes will be provided. If a winner is unable to accept their prize or cannot be contacted, the Company reserves the right to select another winner. 15 The Company is the data controller of Personal Data that it collects in the course of running the prize draw and will use the Personal Data for the purposes of running the prize draw and delivering any prize and will delete it after a reasonable period from the end of the prize draw. ‘Personal Data” means names of entrants and other details provided by them (email and mail address) for the prize draw.
